WAKE THE DEAD is a Punk Hardcore band from Marseille (South of France), mainly influenced by bands such as COMEBACK KID, STRIKE ANYWHERE, HAVE HEART...

After 10 months of existence and around thirty shows, the band shared the stage with STRUNG OUT, MUTE, STREET DOGS, HIGH FIVE DRIVE, CIVET, HATEFUL MONDAY, UNCOMMONMENFROMMARS...
At the end of 2010, the band recorded his first album titled "The things we can't forget" that should be out in the beginning of 2011.

More over, members of Wake The Dead are involved in their local scene with their associations CHAVANA and BAD MOOD ASSO. In real activists they organize, ever with a DIY and underground spirit, lots of various Punk and Hardcore shows, trying to promote this music.
