Officially forming in the bitter Winnipeg winter of 2008, MAKING WAVES quickly went to work. In just a few months they wrote and recorded a 5 song demo/ep with producer John Paul Peters(Comeback Kid, Means, A Textbook Tragedy, High Five Drive)...

Knowing the importance of hooks, melodies, and unforgettable lyrics, MAKING WAVES Delivers in each and demonstrates this flawlessly on their demo/ep "Never Come Out Alive".

Although MAKING WAVES is a fairly new band, Keith, Kev, and Ryan have all been playing together in past bands for several years now, with many cross-Canada tours under their belts.
With no end in sight, MAKING WAVES is currently busy writing songs, playing shows, and having fun....because that's what it's all about, right?
