The band was originaly a homeproject, few songs have been recorded by fab during the years 2005 and 2006 beside his work with Prejudice Gva. After he left the band to expercience new musical ways, he meets Olaf and Simon who were quiet motivated after hearing the demo songs.

And then things went fast, they recorded a first 8 tracks demo called what does it mean ? which is a mix between garage noise and rock music, somewhere between The Hives and Fugazi. The first EP came soon after this, they recorded 6 songs in July 2007 and the record has been releashed on October on Bad Mood Records. This release called Bad Jokes is a little more influenced by noise and hardcore music and the band seems to forget the rock garage gimmicks for a noisy sound…

During this time, Crappy Stuff has done a lot of shows in France, Switzerland, England and Germany with bands like : the Swingin’ Class Hero, WTLM, Prejudice GVA, Flying Donuts…

In december 2007 they came back to studio again to record few songs to compilations and other stuff as a split vinyl with some other bands. Those songs are not available yet, except for the song Sometimes which appears on french compilation called Kung-Fu Garage … Finally those songs will be available this summer in a EP called Did You really puke beacause of the songs ?!.

Crappy Stuff played a lot at the start of 2008 and start to create new songs again, the first full length record is expected for the end of year. Befor this, Crappy Stuff will be on the road, again...
